By scheduling an appointment, attending a wellness event, or receiving services from GVR Chiropractic, PLLC , you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Services Provided
GVR Chiropractic provides chiropractic care, wellness services, and educational services. Care may include assessments, manual adjustments, mobility work, soft tissue techniques, and exercise recommendations. Services are intended to support musculoskeletal health and general wellness but are not a substitute for medical care when necessary.
Appointments and Scheduling
Appointments may be scheduled online for visits at the GVR Chiropractic alignment studio, by phone for any service, or through direct communication for any service. Appointment availability may vary based on location, travel time, and provider schedule.
For onsite corporate wellness events or mobile visits, scheduling details and availability will be confirmed in advance.
Payments
Payment is due at the time services are provided unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in advance. Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit card, or other approved payment platforms.
Prices for services may change at any time. Clients will be informed of current pricing before services are rendered.
Cancellations and Missed Appointments
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide reasonable notice whenever possible. Repeated missed appointments or last minute cancellations may result in limitations on future scheduling or you may incur a charge for appointments missed without at least a 24 hr notice.
Mobile and Onsite Services
For mobile or onsite services, the client or hosting organization agrees to provide a safe and appropriate environment for care. The provider reserves the right to modify or discontinue services if the environment is unsafe or unsuitable for treatment.
Individual Results
Results from chiropractic care and wellness services vary from person to person. No guarantees can be made regarding specific outcomes.
Liability
By receiving services, you acknowledge that chiropractic care involves physical interaction and movement. While care is provided with licensed professional judgment and attention to safety, there are inherent risks associated with any physical treatment. Clients agree to inform the provider of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns that may affect care prior to beginning treatment or care plans.
Educational Content
Any exercises, stretches, or wellness recommendations provided during visits, events, or digital materials are for educational purposes. Clients are responsible for performing activities within their comfort and ability.
SMS Messaging Program Terms
By providing your phone number to GVR Chiropractic, you agree to receive SMS text messages related to your care and communication with the practice. The GVR Chiropractic SMS messaging program is used to communicate with patients and prospective patients regarding services, scheduling, and care related information. Text messages may include:
Appointment confirmations and reminders.
